• Provide accurate and complete registration details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

When you enroll in Full-Stack Marketer Academy, you receive:

• Personal, non-transferable access to course materials.

• A non-exclusive license to use the content for learning purposes.

This means you may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell course materials.

• Copy or modify the content for commercial use.

• Allow others to use your account.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination without a refund.

3. Payments, Pricing & Pre-Enrollment

3.1 Full Course Payment

• The Full-Stack Marketer Academy course requires full payment before access is granted.

• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
   

3.2 Pre-Enrollment Pricing

We offer pre-enrollment for each course tier, priced at $100 USD per tier. Pre-enrollment secures your spot before the course launches.
 

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payments must be completed before course access is granted.

• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change.

• We are not responsible for exchange rate fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Pre-Enrollment Refunds

• If you pre-enroll, you can request a full refund anytime before the course launches.

• After the course launch, pre-enrollment fees are non-refundable, and the regular course refund policy applies.
   

4.2 Course Refunds (14-Day Guarantee)

We offer a 14-day refund policy to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of the course launch if you have completed less than 20% of the course.

• Refund requests must be sent via email to ylva @ fullstackmarketeracademy.com with proof of purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon approval.
   

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

• Pre-enrollment fees after course launch are non-refundable.

• No refunds are granted after 14 days of access.

• Refunds are not provided for completed courses.
   

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Simply Put Media AB.

You may:
✅ Use materials for personal learning.
✅ Apply course knowledge to your freelance business.

You may not:
🚫 Copy, modify, or distribute our content.
🚫 Sell or repurpose our materials for commercial gain.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination without a refund.

• We are not responsible for third-party services linked through our website.

• Our services are provided "as-is", and while we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

By using our services, you agree that Simply Put Media AB is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the course materials.
